DSKlusion — Privacy Policy
What we collect
DSKlusion may send anonymous usage data to help us improve the plugin. This includes:
- Plugin version, format (VST3, CLAP), and platform (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Your DAW name and version
- Session information (sample rate, block size, session duration)
- A randomly generated install identifier — a UUID created on first launch and stored locally on your device
We do not collect your name, email address, IP address, or any information that personally identifies you. The install identifier is random and is not linked to any personal data.
Issue reports
If you submit a bug report or feature request using the in-plugin issue reporter, we collect the information you provide: a title, description of the issue, and, if you choose to include it, your email address. This information is used solely to create a support issue and follow up with you. Your email appears only in the report itself — it is not stored in any database.
How to opt out
Open DSKlusion's Settings panel and uncheck "Send anonymous usage data to Knives on Strings". No data will be sent after you opt out. You can re-enable it at any time from the same setting.
Data storage
Anonymous usage data is processed and stored by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
