Simulation Disclaimer
Our products are independent recreations developed through original research, architectural analysis, and engineering. They are not licensed, approved, or otherwise sanctioned by the manufacturers of the original hardware.
The sonic characteristics of our emulations — including hardware-accurate imperfections such as aliasing, DAC noise floors, and filter behaviour — are the result of our own analysis and implementation work. Any resemblance to original hardware behaviour is intentional and achieved entirely independently.

Factory preset data included in XCent is derived from the original Yamaha DX100 ROM. We believe this constitutes fair use for the purpose of accurate emulation and historical preservation.
The short version: We emulate hardware. We name the hardware we emulate. The names belong to their respective owners, not to us.
